1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GenRasi Ai, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Operator & parent company
GenRasi Ai is a product owned and operated by SmartDuke Technologies (the “Company”, parent entity of the GenRasi Ai brand). All payments made on this platform — including wallet top-ups and one-time report purchases — are processed to SmartDuke Technologies via PayU. Your bank or card statement will reflect a charge from SmartDuke Technologies or its PayU merchant identifier.
3. What GenRasi Ai is — and isn't
GenRasi Ai is a Vedic astrology intelligence tool. Content is for reflection and self-awareness. It is NOT medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice. It is NOT a substitute for qualified professionals in those fields.
4. Accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate birth details. Inaccurate data produces inaccurate charts. We cannot guarantee the usefulness of any reading based on incorrect birth information.
5. Wallet & pay-per-use
GenRasi Ai has no subscriptions. You top up your wallet once via PayU (payments processed to SmartDuke Technologies); balance is debited only when you use a paid feature (chat message ₹3, decision ₹10, report or chapter ₹49). No auto-renewals, no recurring charges. Free features (full kundali, dasha timeline, panchang, past & current chapters) are always free. Wallet balance never expires — see our refund policy for details.
6. AI-generated content
Some features use AI. Outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic. Do not make irreversible decisions based solely on AI interpretations. Always verify with a qualified human practitioner for high-stakes matters.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use GenRasi Ai to make predictions about third parties without their consent, to cause harm, for unlawful purposes, or to scrape / resell our content.
8. Liability
GenRasi Ai is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
