Refund Policy

No refunds

All payments made on GenRasi Ai — including wallet top-ups and one-time report purchases — are final and non-refundable. Before every paid action, you see the price and your wallet balance clearly, so there is no risk of an unexpected charge.

Your wallet balance never expires

Unused wallet balance stays in your account forever. There is no time limit, no monthly expiry, and no “use-it-or-lose-it” policy. Whatever you top up today, you can use a week later, a year later, or whenever you need it.

You can use your wallet balance for:

  • AI chat messages (₹3 each, after your 3 free ones)
  • Decision analyses (₹10 each, after your 1 free one)
  • Future Life Chapters (₹49 each)
  • Specialist reports — Career, Love, Wealth, Health, Annual Forecast (₹49 each)
  • Additional family members (₹49 each, after the first free one)

Automatic wallet refunds for failed generations

If a paid AI generation fails on our side (our server error, not a user-input error), your wallet is automatically refunded for that specific item — you can see the refund as a line in your wallet transaction history. No action needed from you.

What is always free

The following features cost nothing, now or ever:

  • Past and current Life Chapters (narrative + playbook)
  • Daily panchang and transit alerts
  • Your first family member (guna milan compatibility)

Payment processor

Payments are processed to SmartDuke Technologies (the parent company of GenRasi Ai) via PayU. Your bank or card statement will reflect a charge from SmartDuke Technologies or its PayU merchant identifier.

If you believe there has been a genuine billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorised transaction), email [email protected] with your transaction ID. We will investigate within 2 business days. Payment processor fees charged by banks or PayU are not within our control and are non-refundable in all cases.
